Rega Io Integrated Amplifier

A 30 W class AB amp with a phonostage and headphone out

The io uses the same phono and amplifier stage as the multi-award winning Brio and features two line-level inputs, a Rega moving magnet phono stage, and a dedicated high-quality headphone output.

The class A/B circuit uses Sanken output transistors, an Alps volume potentiometer, and a linear power supply that enables an output of 30 watts per channel into 8 Ω. The headphone output is driven from the power amplifier stage of the unit through relays to avoid signal degradation when headphones are inserted or the product is muted.
